Kirui is an associate in the ligation and dispute resolution Department. His expertise is in Civil and Commercial law, Constitutional, Employment & Labour Law, Environment and Land litigation. He has represented clients at the tribunal and quasi tribunals, courts including the Court of Appeal and court annex mediation.

Kirui is involved in advising clients on commercial matters, employment, Conveyancing, probateand succession and how to achieve the best outcomes through various Alternative DisputeResolution (ADR) mechanisms .He recommends Alternative Dispute Resolution where litigation
is not advisable.

Commercial transactions and contract law include preparing and advising on general commercial law and contracts, sale of goods, hire purchase, joint ventures and agency contracts. 

Kirui holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) degree from Kenyatta University and a post graduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
