Samuel Wahome is a Partner at MGW Advocates LLP. He specializes in corporate & commercial law and Conveyancing.

He has considerable expertise and experience in commercial agreements, insolvency practice, company structuring and regulatory compliance as well as conveyancing and real estate, gleaned from working at the Business Registration Services Board, the office of the Official Receiver and in Private practice.

He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, a certified mediator, and a Commissioner for oaths.. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the Kabarak University, Kenya and a postgraduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law.
